A Shamanic Journey to the Inner Child

One of the most important relationships we will ever cultivate is the relationship with our inner child. Our inner child is a profound teacher, and holds a treasure trove to our authentic selves. They hold the lost, denied, repressed, forgotten parts of ourselves --they hold our magic and our gifts.
By coming into relationship with the inner child, we gain access to some of the deepest levels of healing at our core, and have the opportunity to restructure the foundational dynamics that run in our lives. In nurturing the sacred bond with our inner child, we come into contact with our innate gifts, creativity, and authentic expression, learning to hold ourselves in respect to our needs so we can curate our lives to support our flourishing.
In this workshop…
You will explore the core wounds that develop in childhood and form our foundational patterns.
You will venture on a guided shamanic journey to meet your inner child.
You will cultivate attunement to their inner world, to their needs, and to their expression
You will gain tools to carry forward with you in support of deepening the relationship with your inner child
What you’ll need…
An undisturbed space
A comfortable seat or space to lie down for a length of time
A photo of yourself as a child (okay if its on your phone or computer)
A candle
Sacred Smoke (optional)
A journal & pen
All registrants will receive a recording of the workshop.
